New for 2027

In 2027, UK graduates and others in the priority group are offered interviews and training posts first. Read more here.
There is no core training option any more: ACCS Emergency Medicine is entered at ST1.
Longlisting runs in two phases, October to December and February until the offers date.
One CREST covers every specialty you apply to, and both the 2024 version and the current one are accepted.
The interview is two 10-minute stations: one on your portfolio, one clinical and ethical.
