This is the cookie policy for the Doctor Devify Hub at tools.doctordevify.com. It covers the hub homepage, every tool we publish under it (Before You Rank, Foundation Ranker, Pay Calculator, Spec Select, Tax Relief Calculator) and the book detail pages under /books. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or anything that follows you across other websites.
2. The hub homepage
The hub at tools.doctordevify.com uses a small amount of browser storage to remember your light or dark mode choice and to group anonymous visit data. None of it identifies you.
3. Per-tool cookies and storage
3.1 Before You Rank
- Session storage for things like remembering you've dismissed an informational popup. Cleared when you close your browser.
- Google Analytics cookies for anonymised usage analytics.
3.2 Foundation Ranker
- Authentication cookies set when you sign in. Essential to keep you logged in.
- Payment cookies set during checkout. Essential to process Complete purchases.
- Google Analytics cookies for anonymised usage analytics.
3.3 Pay Calculator
- A preview-access cookie set when you enter the password. Stores a verification token, not the password itself. Expires after seven days.
- An analytics identifier stored in your browser to group anonymous visit data. Not linked to your identity.
3.4 Spec Select
- Authentication cookies set by our authentication provider when you sign in. Essential to keep you logged in.
- Payment cookies set by Stripe on its own domain during Complete checkout and when you manage your subscription. Essential to process Complete subscriptions.
- Google Analytics cookies for anonymised usage analytics.
3.5 Tax Relief Calculator
- A preview-access cookie set when you enter the password. Stores a verification token, not the password itself. Expires after seven days.
- An analytics identifier stored in your browser to group anonymous visit data. Not linked to your identity.
3.6 Books
- An analytics identifier stored in your browser to group anonymous visit data across book pages. Not linked to your identity.
- Payhip checkout cookies (digital books only): clicking "Get the eBook" on a digital book page loads the Payhip iframe on the same page, which sets its own session and fraud-protection cookies. Set by Payhip, not us. See Payhip's privacy and cookie policy.
- Paperback books on Amazon: the buy CTA opens Amazon in a new tab. Any cookies Amazon sets on its own pages are governed by Amazon's policies, not ours.
4. Google Fonts
Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which may receive limited technical data (such as your IP address) when fonts load. See Google's Privacy Policy.
5. What we don't use
- No advertising cookies
- No tracking pixels or remarketing tags
- No social-media cookies
- No tracking you across other websites
6. Managing cookies and storage
You can view, block, or clear cookies and browser storage from your browser's settings. Blocking essential cookies on Foundation Ranker or Spec Select (authentication / payment) will stop sign-in and checkout from working. Blocking analytics has no effect on tool functionality.
