1. What the programme is
The Doctor Devify Affiliate Programme lets you earn commission for sending buyers to Doctor Devify's paid resources. Joining is by application, and we decide who joins.
Once you are approved you get a personal code and a personal link. When someone buys a paid resource using your code, or within 30 days of arriving through your link, the sale counts as yours.
2. Who we are
The Doctor Devify Affiliate Programme is run by Doctor Devify Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a UK-registered company. The brand we use day-to-day is "Doctor Devify". To get in touch, email hello@doctordevify.com.
3. What the buyer gets, and what you earn
Your link applies 10% off the buyer's first payment for a resource in the programme automatically, though they can enter your code for safety.
You may change the letters of your code once, at the start, from your dashboard. After that they cannot be changed again. Your link moves to the new letters with it.
You earn 15% of what the buyer actually paid, not counting any VAT, after the discount and after any refund. For a subscription, you earn on each payment for twelve months from the first. The resources in the programme, and the rate for each, are shown on your dashboard; we may add or remove resources and change the rate for future sales by telling you.
A sale counts once, whichever of your code or your link the buyer used.
4. How and when you are paid
Commission is worked out per calendar month and paid by bank transfer in the first week of the following month, once the amount you are owed reaches £10.00. Anything under that carries over to the next month.
You enter your bank details on your dashboard, and you are responsible for keeping them right. We cannot pay you without them.
Payments are made under a self-billing arrangement: we prepare the statement of what you are owed each month and pay against it, and you agree not to raise your own invoices for it. Your dashboard shows each month's statement and the reference on each transfer.
If a buyer is refunded or a payment is charged back, the commission on that sale is taken off. If it has already been paid to you, it is taken off a later month.
You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn. Commission is paid without any deduction.
5. What you agree to do
Say that you are an affiliate. Wherever you share your code or your link, make it clear that you may earn commission, in a way that meets the UK advertising rules (the ASA's guidance on ads and affiliate links, for example #ad or #affiliate where it can be seen).
Be honest about the resources. Describe them as they are, and do not make claims about them that we have not made.
Do not buy through your own code or link, and do not give it to anyone in your household to buy for you. A sale to yourself earns nothing.
Do not run paid adverts that bid on the words Doctor Devify or the names of the resources, do not post your code on coupon or discount sites, and do not send it unsolicited to people who have not asked to hear from you.
Do not present yourself as Doctor Devify, or as speaking for it.
6. Codes, links and unusual activity
We may pause a code, or replace it with new letters, if it appears somewhere it should not or if the pattern of sales looks unusual. We will tell you when we do.
We may decline any sale we reasonably believe breaks these terms, and we will say so on your dashboard.
7. Leaving the programme
You can leave at any time by emailing hello@doctordevify.com. We can remove you at any time, and will where these terms are broken. When you leave, commission already earned on sales that stand is still paid at the next payout; nothing new is earned after that.
8. Your details
We keep your name, your email address, where you post and the record of the sales that count as yours, for as long as you are in the programme and for as long afterwards as the law needs us to keep payment records. Your bank details are kept encrypted and deleted once your last payment has been made after you leave. You are never told who bought. 9. Changes and the law
We may change these terms by telling you, and by showing the new version on your dashboard. Continuing to use your code or link after that is your acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
